What you tell us

When you apply, contact us or request staff, you send us information directly. We ask for the details we need to match you with a role or answer your request.

• Application form: full name, email, phone, the area where you want to work, the position you are applying for, your previous experience, your sex, your date of birth, whether you want part-time or full-time work, whether you are authorized to work in the United States, the languages you speak, your English level, and the date of your application.
• Your resume or CV: the file you attach, in PDF, Word, RTF or text format, up to 10 MB.
• Recruitment agreement: confirmation that you read and accepted it, together with the date.
• Referrals: the name and contact details you give us for a person you recommend.
• Business requests: your company name, the role or service you need, and your contact details.

What we collect automatically

Our website does not run advertising trackers and does not place advertising cookies. The only third-party service we embed is a Google Maps map of our Orlando office on the home page. When that map loads, Google can set its own cookies and record your IP address under its own privacy policy.

We do not use cookies to follow you across other websites or to build an advertising profile.

How we use your information

We use what you send us to run our hiring and staffing work:

• Review your application and decide whether to move you forward.
• Match you with hospitality, housekeeping, warehouse, event and cleaning roles with our clients.
• Contact you about an opportunity, an interview or a placement.
• Keep you in our talent pool so we can think of you when a suitable role opens.
• Answer a request for staff and keep a record of the conversation.

Who sees it

Your information is read by the DL International Group team that handles recruiting and client accounts. When we present you to a client — a hotel, a resort, a property manager or an event organizer — we share the details that role needs, such as your name, your experience and the resume you sent us.

• We share your information only with the clients you are being considered for.
• We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.
• We may disclose information if we are required to do so by law.

How long we keep it

We keep your application, your resume and your profile in our talent pool until you ask us to remove them. There is no fixed expiry: if you applied and were not placed, your details stay available so we can contact you when a suitable role opens.

When you ask us to remove your profile, we delete your application and your resume from our records.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to:

• Tell you what information we hold about you.
• Correct anything that is wrong, such as a phone number or an address.
• Remove your profile and your resume from our talent pool.

Children

Our services are aimed at adults looking for work and at businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a young person has sent us their details, tell us and we will remove them.

Changes to this policy

We may update this page as our services change. The date at the top shows the version now in force, and the current text is always the one published at this address.
